Candy Cane Pail - Baldinho de Candy Cane!

Hi folks! Oi pessoal!
This pail I got from Stampendous Challenge. Ganhei este baldinho num desafio da Stampendous.
I made it for a friend and put Candy Canes inside, I also printed the Candy Cane Legend and added to it.
Eu fiz para um aamiga e enchi de candy canes dentro. Daí coloquei a história deste docinho.

The LEGEND of the Candy Cane

A Candymaker in Indiana wanted to make a candy that would help us remember who Christmas is really about. So he made a Christmas Candy Cane. He incorporated several symbols for the birth, ministry, and death of Jesus Christ.
He began with a stick of pure white, hard candy. White to symbolize the virgin birth and sinless nature of Jesus. Hard candy to symbolize the solid rock, the foundation of the Church, and firmness of the promises of God.
The candymaker made the candy in the form of a "J" to represent the name of Jesus. It also represented the staff of the "Good Shepherd".
The candymaker then included red stripes. He used three small stripes and a large red stripe to represent the suffering Christ endured at the end of his life.
The candy became known as a Candy Cane - a decoration seen at Christmas time. Wishing that you can celebrate this Christmas keeping in mind whose birthday it is: JESUS'!

A História do Candy Cane

Um doceiro em Indiana queria fazer um doce para lembrar o que é o Natal. Então ele fez oCandy Cane e incorporou vários
símbolos para o nascimento, ministério e morte de Jesus Cristo.Ele começou com um pedaço de doce puro, branco
e duro. Branco para simbolizar o nascimento virginal e a natureza sem pecado de Jesus. Duro para simbolizar a rocha
sólida, o alicerce da Igreja, e firmeza das promessas de Deus.Ele fez o doce em forma de "J" para representar o nome de Jesus.
Também representou a pessoa do"Bom Pastor" com a forma de um cajado. Depois incluiu listras vermelhas. Ele usou três listras pequenas e uma grande faixa vermelha para representar o sofrimento de Cristo no final de sua vida.O doce tornou-se conhecido na época do Natal. Que você possa celebrar este Natal lembrado do verdadeiro aniversariante: JESUS!
